Author Guideline

 

Current Research Bulletin (CRB) welcomes submissions from researchers and professionals across disciplines. Our goal is to publish high‑quality, peer‑reviewed articles that advance knowledge and foster global collaboration. These guidelines will help ensure your manuscript is formatted correctly and meets CRB’s standards for review and publication.

 

➔ Manuscript Types Accepted

We invite the following article types:

Original Research Articles: 5,000–15,000 words | 15–20 references

Review Papers: 1,500–2,500 words (no limit for invited reviews) | 15–25 references

Technical Notes: Up to 1,000 words | 5–10 references | Max. 4 figures

Case Reports: Up to 2,000 words | 10–15 references (must provide new insights or perspectives)

➔ Criteria for Publication

Submitted manuscripts must:
– Be based on a sound hypothesis, robust methods, and statistically significant results.
– Be written clearly and concisely in scientific English (British or American spelling), with consistent usage throughout.
– Provide original, relevant information that advances understanding within its field.

 

➔ Manuscript Structure

Please structure your manuscript as follows (with each section starting on a separate page):

  • Title Page:
    – Title (≤40 characters)
    – Author names and affiliations
    – Corresponding author details (name, address, phone, fax, email)
    – Grant information (if applicable)
    – 4–6 keywords
  • Abstract:
    – 200–250 words in a single, structured paragraph (without subheadings or abbreviations)
  • Main Text:
    – Introduction
    – Materials and Methods
    – Results
    – Discussion
    – Conclusion
  • Acknowledgments:
    – Optional, including funding or contribution details
  • References:
    – Use any consistent academic referencing style (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago)
  • Tables and Figures:
    – Tables and figure captions must be listed separately.
    – Do NOT include identifying information (author names/institution) within the manuscript for the double‑blind review.

 

➔ General Formatting

Font: Times New Roman or Arial, 10pt
Line Spacing: 1.5 or double‑spaced throughout
File Format: DOC/DOCX or PDF
– All tables, figures, and supporting materials must be clearly labeled, legible, and cited appropriately.

 

➔ Section‑Specific Guidance

 

Introduction

– State the research problem, review relevant literature, and justify the purpose and approach.

Materials and Methods

– Provide a thorough description of the materials, procedures, statistical methods, and analyses used.
– Avoid presenting results in this section.

Results

– Present the findings clearly and concisely.
– Avoid repeating information or including methodological details.

Discussion

– Interpret results, compare with prior work, and highlight the significance and limitations of the findings.
– State conclusions clearly.

Figures and Tables

– Figures must be of high quality (.png, .jpeg), with captions listed separately.
– Tables must be embedded in the text and clearly numbered.

Statistical Analysis

– State statistical methods clearly, including significance levels (e.g., t(28) = 2.15, p < 0.05).

 

➔ Double‑Blind Peer Review

– Do not include identifying information (such as author names or institutional details) within the manuscript.
– Provide these details in a separate title page or cover letter.

Step 1: Submit online via the [CRB Submission Portal].

Step 2: Upload your manuscript, including the title page and cover letter (if applicable).

Step 3: Receive a confirmation email upon successful submission.
