Abdol qader Bavardi was born on March 10, 1991 in Mahabad, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. After completing his primary, middle, and high school education, he entered Payam Noor University of Mahabad in 2010, majoring in industrial management, and after four years, he successfully obtained a bachelor's degree and graduated in this field. After this, in 2015, he completed his postgraduate studies in public administration (public financial management major) at the master's level from Urmia Azad University, Iran. He is currently engaged in research, translation, and writing in the fields of public administration, financial management, and economics and banking affairs, and conducting research for organizations and scientific centers, teaching proposal writing skills, thesis writing, and article writing. So far, he has authored and translated more than a dozen books and published more than 40 scientific and research articles and several technical reports in magazines and conferences. He was among the top twenty researchers in the country in 2023 and 2024 and was awarded the Golden Statuette and the title of the country's top researcher. He is currently working as a responsible manager and member of the scientific committee and reviewer of articles in domestic and international conferences and scientific journals.
