Biography
Emmanuel Dumbuya is a Curriculum Development Scholar, Higher Education Specialist, and Evidence-Informed Policy Thinker whose work interrogates how curriculum reforms, institutional processes, and policy frameworks shape educational outcomes in low- and middle-income contexts. He holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Education (Curriculum Development) from Njala University, Sierra Leone.
As a prolific researcher and author, Mr. Dumbuya has generated over 100 titles across reputable academic and practitioner platforms, including SSRN, Amazon, Right for Education, and Policy Commons. His scholarship bridges theory, practice, and policy, combining rigorous evidence synthesis with a deep contextual understanding of African education systems. Notably, he is the inventor of the ODUMZ Framework, a Pan-African curriculum innovation model grounded in equity, relevance, and futurism. An active contributor to academic service, he frequently engages in professional peer review and editorial workflows.
