Current Research Bulletin (CRB) is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics. We adhere to international best practices (including those set by COPE, ICMJE, and related bodies) to ensure integrity, transparency, and trust throughout the publication process.
➔ Author Responsibilities
• Ensure the work is original, accurate, and has not been published elsewhere.
• Properly acknowledge and cite all relevant sources, data, and prior work.
• Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
• Maintain records of data, methods, and analyses to enable verification and reproducibility.
• Promptly notify the journal if errors are identified post‑publication.
➔ Editor Responsibilities
• Evaluate submissions based on quality, relevance, and scientific rigor — regardless of author identity.
• Maintain confidentiality throughout the review process.
• Identify and mitigate potential conflicts of interest.
• Support corrections, retractions, and expressions of concern when necessary.
➔ Reviewer Responsibilities
• Maintain confidentiality and review manuscripts objectively and fairly.
• Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
• Assess the scientific rigor, clarity, and quality of the submission.
• Provide constructive feedback to support the improvement of the work.
➔ Plagiarism and Misconduct
• CRB maintains a zero‑tolerance policy for plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, and other forms of scientific misconduct.
• Submissions undergo thorough screening using advanced plagiarism detection tools.
• Cases of confirmed misconduct will result in rejection, retraction, and notification of relevant institutions.
➔ Corrections, Retractions, and Appeals
• CRB is committed to preserving the integrity of the scholarly record.
• Corrections, retractions, and expressions of concern are issued when required.
• Appeals can be submitted via the Editorial Office for review and consideration.
➔ Oversight and Policy Evolution
• The CRB Editorial Board regularly reviews and updates its policies to align with best practices and evolving standards in scientific publishing.
• Our goal is to foster trust, accountability, and reliability across disciplines and communities.
